Bybit’s P2P security Webinar for Africa

Bybit is the second-largest crypto exchange by trading volume, allowing users to negotiate directly with each other in a P2P built-in platform. However, exchanging cryptocurrencies in a peer-to-peer way has considerable risks, which Bybit plans to address in this educational Webinar.

In Bybit’s P2P security Webinar, experts will talk about fraud detection, teaching users common scam signals and payment authenticity verification. Moreover, users will learn how to use Bybit’s P2P security tools to combat fraud attempts and how to trade safely.

“Financial fraud is an age-old challenge and users must stay vigilant as scammers and fraudsters evolve. Bybit is constantly investing in our hardware and software to build the necessary guardrails for our platform. It does not take away the importance of user education, however, and we hope through engagements of this kind, we can help elevate the community on a path of growth.”

– Joan Han, Sales and Marketing Director at Bybit.

Then, the first 1,000 new users from Africa who register in the crypto exchange from November 25 to December 15 and complete Identity Verification Level 1 will be eligible to win $10 in USDT from the $10,000 prize pool reserved for onboarding people from the event.

As the company explained, users must sign up for the Africa Telegram group security Webinar and make a deposit via Bybit P2P to qualify for the reward.
